Cancellations Rights

If you are UK/EU consumer, you have the legal right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to cancel your order within seven (7) working days following your receipt of the goods.

All refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in accordance with your legal rights. Full refund will be given to the same card used in purchasing.

If you wish to cancel a product you have ordered from us, please be aware of the following terms that apply:

  • Applicability of cancellations rights: Legal rights of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations available to the UK or EU consumers do not apply to certain products.
  • There are certain items which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, these are: knickers, G-strings, shape wear, bodies & basques, bikini bottoms, nipple petals, our hosiery.
  • Damaged or incorrectly supplied products. Please check all products you receive against your order. If they are any damaged or incorrectly supplied, then please note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation. If you are unable to do so upon receipt of your goods, then inform us (by post or e-mail only) within reasonable period of time. You must return the product to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or incorrectly supplied in order to receive the full refund.
  • Other cancelled products: If you wish to cancel products (not damaged or incorrectly supplied), then you must inform us of this within seven working days following the date of receipt in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Items to be returned must remain in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging with tags.

Any refunds given by us will be made to the debit/credit card account provided when you placed order.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Naughty Dorothy understands that sometimes we all make spontaneous purchases that we aren’t quite happy with after a while.

To make things simple we offer a full refund within the 28 days of purchase.

The items must remain unworn, with the original tags and in its original packaging.

To return an item:

Email us to let us know you want to return your purchase, and send the item back to us.

Please note refund will be given once we receive the goods.

We will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item, refund will be arranged.

The cost of returning goods to us is at the customer expense, unless faulty or incorrect items have been supplied to the customer.
